The Timeline
Stage 1: Apply!
Stage 2: Get Paired
In your application, you’ll share your intended major, career interests, and what you want out of your first year.
We’ll pair you with an upperclassman mentor who shares your interests, your background, or the path you hope to take.
This way, your mentorship is built around you as an individual.
Stage 3: Work 1-on-1
Meet regularly with your mentor to work toward your semester goals, from your first exams to your first internship applications and everything in between.
Our goal isn’t to do the work for you. It’s to help you learn the unwritten rules of college so you can navigate them with confidence.
Stage 4: Holistic Growth
Your mentor helps you grow across every part of college life, not just your grades.
That means study habits, résumés and LinkedIn, networking, joining clubs, and finding the campus resources and people who can support you along the way.
Stage 5: Reflect & Grow
At the end of the semester, you’ll look back with your mentor at how far you’ve come and set goals for what’s next.
Celebrate your growth and all your achievements. You did it!
Then keep the cycle going by mentoring the next class of first-years.
